This riddling rack is made of old french oak. It is a double sided A-Frame rack with 60 champagne bottle holes. It came out of the cellars of famous Champagne Producer VEUVE POMMERY in Reims, France. It was used for decades for rotating champagne bottles during the fermentation process.
